Although he auditioned for Kalakka Povathu Yaaru with the assistance of Udayaraj from Baana Kaathadi, he didn’t secure a spot on the show. However, he persevered by taking on a job as a computer technician at Vijay TV. His breakthrough came when he appeared in Sirippu Da alongside Dheena. After achieving recognition and success in Kalakka Povathu Yaaru, he was invited to join Cooku with Comali, where he excelled and attracted numerous film offers. He made his cinematic debut in Sixer and has since appeared in various films.
